A pleasure to have client Jaime Landaeta stop by the office all the way from Odessa, Texas! Jaime left everything behind in our home country of Venezuela 🇻🇪 and is now thriving in the United States and living the American Dream 🇺🇸 Way to go Jaime!
Happy for my client Enrique Santisteban, a Cuban 🇨🇺National who after almost 40 years in the US and a possible order of removal, today we were able to obtain his legal permanent residency at the Miami Inmigration Court. 🙌🏻 May God continue to bless Enrique and his family! Congrats!
Exited to have my client Angie Polanco share her testimony today @ LaNueva883!!! By God’s grace we were able to get her released from an immigration detention facility last night and is now eager to start a new life in the United States! 🇺🇸remember: With God ALL things are possible!
Proud of my client Karla Cisneros. Karla is a young woman from Venezuela 🇻🇪 who came to the United States 🇺🇸 seeking the American Dream. Eventually Karla was detained by ICE and placed in an Inmigration detention facility. She was assigned a tough judge (one of the most strict Inmigration judges in the country) and almost ordered deportation. All odds were against her... but God’s Grace and timing turned out to be the key for her release: because of hurricane Irma, her deportation was delayed and that gave us an opportunity to look for ways to eventually get her release from detention. Currently Karla is finishing her education degree and succeeding in this land of opportunity. Congratulations Karla!
Pleased to have been visited by client Joel Alfaro and CNN Newsreporter Ana Majia. Joel Alfaro exemplifies the story of many immigrants in the United States. Joel, came to the U.S. when he was a young man looking for a better quality of life. He worked at different restaurants and eventually became a chef. Amongst Joel family members there are legal permanent residents and United States citizens, including his own mother. Despite his new found success in the US and close relatives with legal status, Joel was almost deported to his home country of EL Salvador. Joel was placed in three different detention centers across the United States. However, God gave Joel a second chance at the American dream and he is now free and exited to celebrate this victory with his family. Congrats Joel!
