Terms and conditions of the email consultation:

• The response to the consultation will be made within a maximum period of 72 working hours after payment and submission of the form.
• The consultation fee is non-refundable.
• The Law Office of Jesus Reyes, PLLC reserves the right to change the time of response to the inquiry in extreme cases and if necessary.
• The inquirer must fill out a questionnaire and write down the details of his inquiry in order to be able to respond appropriately.
• Only questions related to a person or family group (spouse, parents, children) will be answered.
• The only follow-up to this type of inquiry will be information on legal fees for representation (therefore we encourage the inquirer to be as detailed as possible). 
• The questionnaire should contain the information of the person needing legal assistance (and not necessarily the person making the appointment, although in most cases it is the same person).
