**ONLY CANDIDATES W/ PRIOR IMMIGRATION LAW EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION**

The following qualifications are required:

• Prior Immigration Law experience.
• Experience in drafting motions to EOIR and USCIS.
• Must be fully bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Proficiency in Creole language is a plus.
• Strong verbal and computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Drive/docs).
• Knowledge of INSZoom software is strongly preferred.
• Experience in Business and non-immigrant visas is a plus.
• Able to work in a multi-task environment, be a team player, and have a pleasant attitude.
• Friendly personality/ Good customer service skills.
• Experience in representing clients before EOIR/USCIS.
• Immigration trial court experience.
  
  

Main Responsibilities:

• Review immigration related applications.
• Be able to perform detailed file reviews.
• Visit detained clients in detention centers throughout the country.
• Represent clients before various government agencies (EOIR, ICE, USCIS, CBP and others).
• Legal consultations.
• Case review and file review.
  
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
