The in-person consultation is the ideal option if you are in South Florida and prefer to discuss your case in person with the attorney, in a private and confidential setting.

How this consultation works

The consultation takes place at our office located at 14201 SW 120th St, Suite 206, Miami, FL 33186, with a maximum duration of 30 minutes.

In your consultation with the attorney, you will be able to clearly explain your case, your situation, or the request you want to make to Immigration. The attorney will explain all the details and possible solutions to your case, as well as the costs of your process — including payments to Immigration, fees, and the requirements to get started.

In-person consultation policies

  • Cost: $200.00. Consultation fees are non-refundable.
  • Maximum duration: 30 minutes.
  • Once scheduled, the date of your consultation cannot be changed.
  • If you do not show up on the agreed day and time, the consultation will be canceled with no refund; you will need to pay for a new consultation for another date.
  • The consultation is directly with Attorney Jesus Reyes, not with assistants or paralegals.
  • Consultations are attended on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The use of cell phones or cameras to record the consultation is not permitted.
  • For confidentiality reasons, only the beneficiary of the legal consultation may attend; companions are not allowed unless they are directly connected to the case or you need to bring an interpreter.
  • Consultations are offered in Spanish and English only. If you do not speak either of these languages, you must bring your own interpreter.

Our team will let you know what day is available for your office consultation and coordinate payment with you. If you accept, we schedule it.

You will present your case to the attorney, who will explain your options and the costs and requirements to get your process started.

Is there a refund if I cancel or don't show up?

Consultation fees are non-refundable. If you do not show up on the agreed day and time, the consultation is canceled and you will need to pay for a new consultation.
