How this consultation works

After paying, you will be directed to a form where you must describe your consultation and fill in all the required information so the attorney can give you an effective response. It is very important to complete all required fields.

You will receive a response within 72 business hours. That window starts once you submit the form and, if applicable, any additional supporting documents our staff may request — not from the time of payment. Until the completed form and those supporting documents (if applicable) are submitted, the attorney cannot respond to your consultation. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time; Saturdays and Sundays are not business days for the firm.

Our customer service staff will accompany you throughout the process to make each step easier, including requesting and submitting any additional supporting documents the attorney needs to respond to your consultation.

  • Cost: $200.00. The consultation fee is non-refundable.
  • The response is based solely on the information and digital documents you provide — the more detailed your consultation, the more precise the guidance.
  • Only questions related to one person or immediate family group (spouse, parents, children) are answered.
  • The form must contain the information of the person who needs legal assistance, even though in most cases it is the same person submitting the consultation.
  • Follow-up for this type of consultation is limited to information on legal fees for representation.
  • The firm reserves the right to adjust the response time in extreme cases and when necessary.
