Currently, there is a travel ban for Haitian citizens applying for visas to enter the United States legally. This travel restriction is in effect until September 2026.
However, there are exceptions that might still allow you to enter.
You may be eligible to obtain a visa if you meet one of the following conditions:
Dual Nationality: If you are a dual national, you may be allowed to obtain a visa.
Family Petition: You may be allowed to enter if you have a close, immediate family member who can petition for an immigrant visa for you.
Humanitarian Reason: Entry may be permitted if there is a justifiable humanitarian reason.
Pre-existing Visa: If you were already granted a visa before June 2026, you will be allowed to enter the United States.
We invite you to watch our video for full details on these restrictions and their exceptions.
