That is a question that a lot of people ask me, and the answer is that it really depends.

There are some processes that it will actually be an advantage to have more than one nationality.

While there are some processes that is really an advantage.

For instance, if you’re applying for asylum or you’re applying and for a humanitarian parole, then it could be an issue for you to have dual nationality.

However, for other processes, perhaps one of your nationalities will qualify you to obtain a certain visa that your other nationality will not, then this could be an advantage to you.
