Breaking News: Judge Orders Immigration Cases to Resume #immigration #jesusreyeslaw

A federal judge ordered USCIS to resume processing immigration applications that had been suspended or delayed. This decision could benefit individuals who have been waiting for months for a response regarding applications such as work permits, lawful permanent residence, U.S. citizenship, and other immigration benefits. In addition, USCIS announced on Friday, June 12, that it will comply with the court order and continue processing the affected cases. However, this does not mean that the applications will be approved automatically, as each case must be evaluated individually. If you have a pending application or would like to know how this decision could affect your immigration process, contact our office for legal guidance. _________________________ We handle cases worldwide.
