E2 Treaty Investor Visa

If you are an investor or entrepreneur in your home country and want to obtain legal status for you and your family here in the United States there is an E-2 visa, the U.S. treaty visa.

Under this visa, certain qualifying countries may allow their citizens to make a substantial investment in the U.S. that creates jobs and based on that, they can obtain legal status for themselves and their family members.
