Today, the High Court of Justice will listen to the arguments in favor and against the DACA Program, that is, the program that protects 700,000 young dreamers who arrived in the country as children.
As we know, the decisions taken by the US Supreme Court of Justice create precedents, and it is today that it will listen to the parties involved – those who are in favor or against the DACA Program. The decision is expected to be taken by mid-next year, that is, June 2020.
