The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announces a Rule, among other provisions, stating that an alien who enters the U.S. illegally without a good cause will not be granted Employment Authorization.
The Central Government of the United States has implemented, as of Tuesday August 25th, a rule that denies work permits to asylum seekers who cross its borders without authorization, making it more difficult for these immigrants to survive as long as their cases are heard or processed by an Immigration Judge.

It is important to take into account that as of August 25th a new form will be used to apply for the Work Permit, it must be properly filled out without leaving any blank spaces, according to the new rules issued by the Immigration Agency on how to fill out these forms, also the address indicated must be the correct one and the fees that will be paid to immigration are to be exact nothing more or less, to avoid your application from being denied.
