Please note that:
- If the prospect clients a “no-show” unfortunately the consultation will be cancelled and there will be no refund. The prospective client has to pay for a new consultation to be attended at another time
- For telephone appointments our lawyers will try to reach the prospective client up to a maximum of three attempts, on the day scheduled for the appointment. However, If we are unable to contact the prospective client, he or she will lose the consultation and must contact the office and pay to schedule a new consultation.
- No refunds will be allowed for appointment changes.
- If the prospect makes an appointment, and then decides to change their appointment even though they are already scheduled for one, they will have to pay the costs of a second consultation.
- There will be no refund unless there is a clerical mistake.
