However, it is important for you to know that, depending on your case, there may be legal options available.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"229\">In many cases, after a judge issues a deportation order, you may:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ak-ul\" data-indent-level=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"300\">File an appeal within 30 days<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"333\">Request that the decision be reconsidered within 30 days<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"393\">Ask for the case to be reopened within 90 days if there is new evidence or if you now qualify for an immigration benefit<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"519\">Even after those deadlines, there may be special motions to reopen available in certain circumstances.
