However, he has not decided to strike down the program.<\/p>\n<p>As a matter of fact, a recent court decision allowed for the A program to be transferred to a lower federal court.<\/p>\n<p>Now, it will be up to that federal court to determine whether the DACA program will remain in place.<\/p>\n<p>As many of you know, DACA is a program that protects thousands of young immigrants and allows them to stay legally in the country despite the fact that they don&#8217;t have lawful status.<\/p>\n<p>So, it provides them with lawful status.
