people<\/a>.<\/li><li>Keeping distance from others is especially important for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/coronavirus\/2019-ncov\/need-extra-precautions\/people-at-increased-risk.html\">people who are at higher risk of getting very sick<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><a id=\"Avoid-crowds\"><\/a>Avoid crowds<\/h3><ul class=\"false\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><li>Being in crowds like in restaurants, bars, fitness centers, or movie theaters put you at higher risk for COVID-19.<\/li><\/ul><h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Avoid poorly ventilated spaces<\/h3><ul><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Avoid indoor spaces that do not offer fresh air from the outdoors as much as possible.
