DHS has\u00a0announced\u00a0new family reunification parole processes for certain nationals from Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras and their immediate family members, who have approved family-based petitions filed on their behalf by a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident. <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

USCIS is also expanding existing family reunification parole processes for certain nationals of Cuba and Haiti and their immediate family members. When these processes are officially launched, certain vetted individuals with already approved family-based\u00a0Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, petitions will be able to be considered, upon invitation, for parole into the United States, on a case-by-case basis, while they wait for their immigrant visa. <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The U.S. government will provide advance travel authorization for individuals who are approved and have been successfully vetted to travel. After certain eligible U.S. citizen and lawful permanent resident petitioners, with an approved\u00a0Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, receive an invitation from the Department of State\u2019s National Visa Center, they can apply for parole consideration under these processes on behalf of their beneficiary family members from Colombia, Cuba, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, or Honduras. <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
